Terms & Conditions

• Submitting a package request or a bottle pre-order asks us to hold a spot; it is not a confirmation. Our team reviews every request and confirms it by email, text, or on My Parties.
• Where a package carries a deposit, the deposit secures the reservation and the balance is due as shown on your booking, usually on arrival. Spots are held at the door for the party named on the booking.
• Prices, packages, menus, table locations and event details are set per event and may change before the night. What you were confirmed for is shown on My Parties.
• Changes and cancellations are handled by our team and depend on the event. Contact us as early as you can; deposits may be non-refundable close to the date.
• Venue rules apply, including age and ID requirements, dress codes and last entry. Guests who cannot meet them may be refused entry without refund.

Where tickets are sold, each ticket admits one person to the named event, subject to the venue’s rules. Tickets may not be resold above face value. Refunds follow the event’s published terms, and events may be postponed or cancelled; where that happens we will tell ticket holders what their options are.

We contact you about your bookings by email: a note when your request is received, one when it is confirmed, and one if it changes. Each carries a link to your party on My Parties and a QR code of that link for the door. We do not send text messages. To stop booking emails, cancel the booking or email notifications@fancyevents.live.

My Parties shows you the bookings under your own email or phone number. Sign-in links and codes are for you alone: do not forward them. A code works once and expires in minutes; a link expires within fifteen minutes. If you sign in on a shared device, sign out from the page’s footer when you are done.

You agree not to misuse the site: no automated requests, no attempts to access another guest’s bookings, no interference with our systems, and no false information on a reservation. We may decline or cancel bookings made in breach of these terms.

The site, its photographs, names and marks belong to Fancy Events or its licensors. You may share links to our pages; you may not copy or reuse the content commercially without permission.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Fancy Events is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the site or a booking, and our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be brought in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version. Questions go to notifications@fancyevents.live.
