Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026

This policy explains what Fancy Events (“Fancy Events”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use fancyevents.live and its pages, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, our reservation and pre-order pages, the My Parties sign-in, and the emails we send about your bookings.

What we collect

What you give us when you reserve. Your name, your mobile phone number, your email address if you provide one, the event, the package or bottles you choose, any table preference, and notes you add to your request. If you buy tickets where they are offered, the buyer’s name, email, phone number and the tickets chosen.

Payments. We do not collect card numbers on this website. Deposits and balances are settled with our team, and any payment processor we use handles card details under its own privacy terms.

Your phone number for texting. When you enter your number on My Parties and ask for a code, or tick the box to be texted about a reservation, we keep it to send you the code and messages about that booking. See Text messages.

Usage information. Our public pages record anonymous page views: the page viewed, the site or campaign link that brought you, the approximate place your connection appears to be in (country, region and city, never a street address), and a one-way hashed identifier that resets daily. We do not store your IP address or set an advertising cookie for this.

Sign-in cookie. When you sign in to My Parties, a cookie on your device remembers that you have proven your email or phone number, so you can see your own bookings. It is not used for advertising.

Messages you send us. If you email, text or message us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.

How we use it

  • To hold, confirm and manage your reservations, pre-orders and tickets, and to run the guest list on the night.
  • To contact you about your booking: confirmations, changes, reminders, and your sign-in code or link.
  • To sign you in to My Parties and show you your own bookings.
  • To keep our records, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.
  • To understand how our pages are used so we can improve them.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it.

Text messages

We do not send text messages. Updates about a booking come by email, with a link to your party on My Parties and a QR code of that link you can show at the door. Your phone number, when you give it, is used only to tell your booking from another guest’s and to reach you about it if something changes.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the service:

  • Service providers that process it for us: website hosting and analytics infrastructure, our database, email delivery, text-message delivery, and staff sign-in. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
  • Our team and the venue for the event you booked, so your table, bottles and guests are ready on arrival.
  • Where the law requires it, or to protect our guests, staff, and rights.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run the event and keep our books, and anonymous page-view records for our own reporting. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time; we will keep only what we must for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to end text messages.
  • Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing notifications@fancyevents.live.
  • Sign out of My Parties on any device from the page’s footer.

Children

Our events and our website are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we remove it if we learn we have.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the site changes; the date at the top tells you when it last did. Questions go to notifications@fancyevents.live.
